The documents to be submitted from Pre-Nursery to Class \u2013 I are :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Photocopies of the following :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Aadhar Card of the child<\/li>
  2. Proof of age (birth certificate)<\/li>
  3. Proof of residence address<\/li>
  4. Medical Certificate of dyslexic of the child and an original certificate of medical fitness from a registered medical practitioner.<\/li>
  5. Vaccination card<\/li>
  6. Four photographs of the child<\/li>
  7. Three Photographs of parents<\/li>
  8. In “Transfer case”, a certificate from the employer stating the details of posting\/transfer to Azamgarh along with the joining letter.<\/li>
  9. In case of single parent proof of their single status from a competent authority.<\/li>
  10. Latest fee Receipt of the sibling if studying in Cross Belly International School.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE <\/strong>:
    There is no interview \/ Interaction with the Child for admission .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The documents which are to be submitted for Class II to XI are:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
